Discord bot REST API v10 + Gateway events (not Incoming Webhooks). Application/bot → guild → channel/thread/DM. Guild message text requires the Message Content privileged intent except DMs, mentions, and the bot's own messages.

Asterisk REST Interface (ARI) only: HTTP /ari plus /ari/events WebSocket. Not AMI. PBX → endpoint → channel. Originate/answer/hangup/hold/unhold. Queue/agent state is AMI/Queue and is not advertised. PHP-FPM cannot hold the ARI WebSocket; a worker must pump frames into generic Realtime ingest.

XAPI GET /xapi/v1/Users is used for extension identity when the principal has Configuration API rights. Not a SIP stack. PHP-FPM cannot hold the Call Control WebSocket; a worker must pump frames into generic Realtime ingest. HTTP webhooks are not the official event channel. Hold/resume, recordings, queues, and presence are not in the public Call Control endpoint set.
