HOW TO USE FACEBOOK MESSENGER WITH HELSUP
Authorize a Page inbox and verify the official webhook flow.

After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm Meta permissions
Verify that the provider app and intended Facebook Page can use pages_messaging and pages_manage_metadata. App review and Page access are controlled by Meta.
Activate the channel
Enable the premium Facebook Messenger package for the licensed HelSup site and choose the Page connection that will own the support inbox.
Complete OAuth
Authorize the Page connection through OAuth 2.0 using only the permissions required by the declared messaging and metadata flow.
Configure webhook delivery
Set the webhook secret and register the provider callback so webhook.receive can accept supported Messenger events for the authorized Page.
Test messages and attachments
Send a controlled Page message, verify message.receive and conversation.receive, reply through message.send and test one supported attachment in each declared direction.
Recommended first workflow
Authorize one approved test Page, send a new Messenger text and attachment, confirm the webhook-created HelSup conversation, resolve the contact, reply from the inbox and review provider health before connecting additional Pages.
