After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm account eligibility
Verify that the intended Zalo Official Account can be linked to the provider app required by the package. Provider approval is a prerequisite, not a capability supplied by HelSup.
Configure credentials
Provide the token and webhook secret required by the package. Keep each credential scoped to the approved OA connection.
Register webhook delivery
Point the approved Zalo OA event delivery to the HelSup webhook endpoint and verify that webhook.receive accepts a new consultation event.
Test the declared message flow
Send a new text consultation to the OA, open it in the HelSup inbox and reply using message.send. Test inbound attachments separately; outbound attachments are outside the declared scope.
Verify context and health
Check the Zalo customer and conversation widgets on their supported surfaces, confirm contact.resolve behavior and review the Zalo health widget on the dashboard or structure builder.
Recommended first workflow
After provider approval, send one new text consultation to the linked OA, confirm the webhook-created HelSup conversation, inspect the Zalo customer context and send a text reply. Do not use an old conversation to test because history import is not supported.
