Asterisk REST Interface (ARI) only: HTTP /ari plus /ari/events WebSocket. Not AMI. PBX → endpoint → channel. Originate/answer/hangup/hold/unhold. Queue/agent state is AMI/Queue and is not advertised. PHP-FPM cannot hold the ARI WebSocket; a worker must pump frames into generic Realtime ingest.
The channel works with ARI endpoints and the ARI event WebSocket for declared call operations, while keeping AMI queue and agent behavior explicitly outside the package.

Verify access to HTTP /ari and /ari/events on the intended Asterisk deployment. Do not substitute AMI credentials or queue events for the ARI connection.
Enter the Asterisk credentials required by the adapter and restrict them to the ARI resources and actions needed by the declared call flow.
Run a persistent worker for /ari/events and forward frames into HelSup Realtime ingest. A PHP-FPM request is not a durable WebSocket process.
Place a controlled inbound call and confirm that call.receive, call.status and conversation.receive are represented in HelSup from the ARI event stream.
Exercise originate, answer, hangup, hold and resume only where the connected ARI application and endpoint permit those declared actions.
With the ARI worker running, place one controlled inbound call, confirm status events in HelSup, answer, hold, resume and hang up through the declared controls, then verify customer or conversation context without testing AMI queues.
Capabilities declared by this product package and presented within its supported HelSup surfaces.
Expose the common voice-call capability represented by the Asterisk ARI adapter.
Receive supported inbound call events from the ARI WebSocket stream.
Originate a call through the connected ARI application when permitted.
Answer a supported channel through the declared ARI action.
Hang up a supported ARI channel through the adapter.
Place a supported call on hold through the declared ARI operation.
Resume a supported held call through the declared ARI operation.
Read the supported channel-state changes delivered by ARI events.
Read recording information exposed by the supported ARI connection without claiming recording control.
A declared capability included in this product package.
Accept the generic inbound event payloads handled by the adapter; ARI WebSocket remains the declared live event stream.
