Buy a product and find its package

Move from a product listing to the correct customer download without confusing previews with installed products.

Review the exact product

Open the product page and check its type, current version, price or free access, supported capabilities and activation requirements. A KB Theme, a Skin and a connector are different packages. A matching design link helps you compare related products; it does not mean that both packages are included in one purchase.

Complete the displayed purchase flow

  1. Select the product you want.
  2. Use its purchase or access action.
  3. Follow the checkout and payment instructions displayed for that order.
  4. Return to your HelSup customer account to review the resulting product access.

Find the available download

Open the downloads or owned-products area in the customer portal. Choose the package associated with the product and version you intend to install. If an order is still pending or access has not appeared, contact support with the order reference before creating another purchase.

Install in the correct location

Install the core WordPress plugin through WordPress Plugins. Install an extension package in the corresponding HelSup extension area, such as KB Themes or Skins. Keep the ZIP unchanged unless the product instructions explicitly require extraction.

Keep preview and production separate

A product demo is a place to inspect the design or workflow before choosing it. Buying a package gives the product access shown in your customer account; applying it to your own website requires installation, any required activation and your own configuration.

    Follow attributed purchases and commission status in your partner dashboard. Eligible commissions are reviewed before payout.

What does a referral link look like?

Here, HS-EXAMPLE illustrates a partner code. Your dashboard gives you your own code and complete link. Copy that full link and share it with the customer; do not use this example as your personal link.

For example: “Looking for a customer support solution? Explore HelSup through my partner link: [paste your personal link here].” When an eligible customer purchases through your link, their first purchase earns 30%; later purchases and renewals earn 20%.

A customer relationship that lasts

30% first, 20% thereafter. Receive 30% on the customer’s first eligible paid purchase, then 20% on subsequent purchases and renewals throughout that customer’s lifetime on HelSup.

From link to lifetime attribution. The initial referral link is remembered for 30 days in the same browser. Once the referred customer’s first paid purchase is recorded, their partner relationship continues without needing another referral click.

Completed payments. Commission is calculated after discounts and before tax. Free orders and self-referrals do not qualify. Refunds reduce or reverse the associated commission.

Review and payout. Earnings appear as pending until reviewed by HelSup. Payout is processed manually after approval. Contact partner support for payment arrangements.
