Keep customer account, notification and ticket shortcuts easy to identify.

Overview
Logged-in chrome exposes portal tools as icons so the KB remains the visual focus.
When to use this
A full portal nav on /support/ would turn the help center back into a dashboard.
Where to find the controls
Right side of the /support/ header.
Who can make these changes
Logged-in customers. Anonymous users see Sign in instead of ticket/account icons.
Before you begin
No extra Experience setting — visibility follows portal auth state.
Follow these steps
Sign in via /support/login/. Return to /support/. Use icons for tickets and account.
Settings reference
Notifications use the existing customer notification list.
Example workflow
My Tickets goes to /support/tickets/, not a new route.
Good practices
Keep icon buttons smaller than Add New Ticket.
Important considerations
Available utility controls depend on authentication and portal feature permissions. Test with a customer account, because agent permissions do not represent customer access.
If something does not work
Icons missing while logged into wp-admin only: portal customer session is separate from WP admin.
