After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm provider access
Verify that the Zapier application and account have completed any required provider review for the supported read-only access.
Add scoped connection credentials
Enter the API key and webhook secret requested by the package, limiting credentials to the supported read-only integration scope.
Select the intended resource
Use the multi-resource connection wizard to choose the Zapier resource whose supported objects should be visible in HelSup.
Place dashboard utilities
Add External data or Data table only to dashboard and Structure Builder surfaces, and use Provider health for connection status.
