HOW TO USE ZALO BUSINESS / TEMPLATE WITH HELSUP
Authorize ZBS and send only approved business templates.
Purchase the product here, retrieve the issued package and activation code, install it on your own WordPress website, then complete the provider-specific configuration below. Every later step is limited to capabilities declared by this package.
Receive the package and activation code
After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm the outbound use case
Verify that the requirement is an approved business template notification rather than a customer-service chat or inbound conversation.
Complete template review
Create the required ZBS template and obtain approval through the Zalo review process before attempting a production send.
Authorize with OAuth
Complete the OAuth 2.0 flow declared by the package for the approved ZBS account.
Configure callbacks
Register the HelSup endpoint for supported provider callbacks and verify that webhook.receive accepts an authenticated test event.
Test an approved template
Send one approved template with valid recipient and template parameters, then confirm the provider response without expecting an inbound chat thread.
