After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm Official Account status
Verify the Subscription or Service Official Account is certified for the customer-service operations required by the intended support workflow.
Enter account credentials
Configure the App ID, API credential and webhook secret associated with the verified Official Account.
Register the callback
Set the HelSup callback in the WeChat Official Account settings and complete the required endpoint verification.
Test a live message
Send a new follower message after callback activation, verify the HelSup conversation and send a supported customer-service reply.
Check attachment and history limits
