Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm commercial bot access
Verify that Viber has approved the business bot and supplied the access needed for the public Bot API before configuring HelSup.
Enter the bot token
Configure the API token associated with the intended Viber bot and restrict credential access to responsible administrators.
Register the webhook
