Receive the package and activation code
After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm paid API access
Verify that the X developer project and application can use the required v2 Direct Message read and send operations before configuring HelSup.
Complete OAuth authorization
Authorize the account through the OAuth 2.0 flow and permissions declared by the package.
Configure polling
Set the connection to poll supported DM events at the interval allowed by the package and provider access tier.
Test receive and reply
