02

Receive the package and activation code

After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.

03

Install and activate it on your website

On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.

04

Prepare a voice number

Choose a Twilio number enabled for voice and confirm that the account may originate and receive calls in the intended geographic regions.

05

Enter account credentials

Configure the Account SID and Auth Token used by the Programmable Voice and Calls API operations.

06

Configure signed webhooks

Set the HelSup inbound TwiML and status callback URLs on the Twilio number and verify X-Twilio-Signature validation.

07

Test the call lifecycle

Receive a controlled inbound call, originate an allowed test call, observe status changes and test hangup through the declared Calls API operation.

08

Review recording boundaries

If a recording already exists, verify its metadata can be read. Confirm that HelSup does not enable recording and that hold, transfer, conference and queue features are not expected.

Recommended first workflow

Use one test voice number, validate an inbound TwiML callback, originate one permitted call and observe its status through hangup. Review recording metadata only when a separately governed recording already exists.
