Receive the package and activation code

After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.

Install and activate it on your website

On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.

Confirm scope approval

Verify that the Partner Center application is approved for seller.customer_service before configuring HelSup. The channel cannot bypass provider approval.

Authorize the seller shop

Complete shop OAuth 2.0 and configure the application values required for HMAC-signed Customer Service API requests.

Configure event delivery

Test message handling

Send a controlled seller-shop customer message, verify its HelSup conversation and then send a supported reply.
