HOW TO USE TIKTOK MESSAGING WITH HELSUP
Authorize an approved Business Messaging application.
Purchase the product here, retrieve the issued package and activation code, install it on your own WordPress website, then complete the provider-specific configuration below. Every later step is limited to capabilities declared by this package.
Receive the package and activation code
After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm Open Beta approval
Verify that the TikTok application has tiktok_business_messaging_access before configuring HelSup. Package activation cannot replace provider review.
Complete OAuth authorization
Authorize the approved TikTok business application through the OAuth 2.0 flow declared by the package.
Configure webhook delivery
Register the HelSup callback and webhook secret for supported Business Messaging events and validate provider delivery.
Test a two-way conversation
Send a controlled new business message, verify the HelSup conversation and then send a supported reply from HelSup.
Verify context and separation
Check supported customer profile and conversation reads, and confirm that the deployment does not expect TikTok Shop orders, products or fulfillment data.
Recommended first workflow
