Install it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension or product package, then confirm that it appears in the relevant HelSup settings area.
Review the package scope
Before connecting Stripe, confirm the declared capabilities, enabled utilities and supported HelSup surfaces. This package is limited to Ticket, Customer 360, Dashboard, Structure Builder, and Workspace.
Configure the approved connection
Set up api_key and webhook_secret using an account limited to the Stripe data required by the support workflow.
Select the intended resource
Choose only the Stripe account, resource or dataset whose supported context should be made available to HelSup.
Place package-enabled utilities
Add Payments, Payment status, Data table, KPI / stat, and Provider health only to their manifest-declared surfaces; do not use a widget whose required capability is absent.
Test the declared boundary
Compare a known Stripe record or response with HelSup, verify only the declared read/context/event behavior, and confirm that undeclared operations are not exposed.
Recommended first workflow
Connect a least-privilege Stripe test account, show one known supported result in HelSup and compare it with the provider. Keep the test within the enabled utilities and verify that undeclared operations remain unavailable.
