HOW TO USE SLACK WITH HELSUP
Install a Slack app and select the channels HelSup should support.
Purchase the product here, retrieve the issued package and activation code, install it on your own WordPress website, then complete the provider-specific configuration below. Every later step is limited to capabilities declared by this package.

After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Prepare the Slack app
Create or select the Slack app with the OAuth scopes and event subscriptions required for the supported message, profile and attachment operations.
Install to the workspace
Complete OAuth 2.0 for the intended Slack workspace and confirm that the app is available to the selected channels.
Configure Events API
Register the HelSup callback and signing secret, enable the required supported events and verify the endpoint from the Slack app settings.
Select and test a channel
Add one channel resource, post a controlled message and confirm that the new event creates or updates the matching HelSup conversation.
Verify reply and thread context
Send a reply from HelSup, test one supported inbound attachment and confirm the response remains associated with the intended Slack thread.
Recommended first workflow
Install the app in one test workspace, select one channel, receive a new message after event activation and send one threaded reply. Add further channels only after event signatures and thread mapping are confirmed.
