HOW TO USE SHOPIFY WITH HELSUP

Connect an approved Shopify app and expose commerce context safely.

Purchase the product here, retrieve the issued package and activation code, install it on your own WordPress website, then complete the provider-specific configuration below. Every later step is limited to capabilities declared by this package.

Receive the package and activation code

After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.

Install and activate it on your website

On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.

Confirm app approval

Verify that the Shopify app intended for the connection has completed the required provider review. HelSup cannot replace or bypass Shopify approval.

Authorize with OAuth

Complete the OAuth 2.0 connection for the intended Shopify store and approve only the scopes required by the implemented reads, events, synchronization and update actions.

Validate commerce reads

Open a known customer and order, then verify the declared customer, order, product, shipping, refund, payment or subscription widgets only where corresponding store data exists.

Test events and pull sync

Confirm that a representative provider event is received and that sync.pull retrieves the supported records without assuming a push or bidirectional sync capability.

Limit and verify updates

Test only an update operation explicitly exposed by the installed adapter and allowed by the connected app scopes. Do not infer update support from the presence of a read-only widget.

Recommended first workflow

Connect one approved test store, open a known customer order from a HelSup ticket, verify order and fulfillment context, then confirm one received event. Test action.update separately only if the installed adapter exposes a permitted update operation.
