HOW TO USE SHOPIFY CUSTOMER MESSAGING WITH HELSUP
Authorize shop identity while keeping messaging unavailable.
Purchase the product here, retrieve the issued package and activation code, install it on your own WordPress website, then complete the provider-specific configuration below. Every later step is limited to capabilities declared by this package.
Receive the package and activation code
After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm the intended use
Verify that the requirement is limited to shop identity and connection health. Choose another supported channel if customer conversations must enter HelSup.
Separate commerce requirements
Use the helsup.shopify connector for supported Shopify order or customer data. This channel shell does not provide those resources.
Activate the channel shell
Enable Shopify Customer Messaging for the licensed HelSup site only when the documented identity-only connection is appropriate.
Enter the shop domain
Use the canonical *.myshopify.com shop domain for the intended store before starting the OAuth 2.0 authorization.
Complete shop OAuth
Authorize the shop identity through the declared OAuth flow and confirm that HelSup can retain the connection status.
Recommended first workflow
Authorize one non-production shop, confirm its identity and connection health, then document that no messaging or commerce operations are available from this package. Do not route customer support traffic to it.
