HOW TO USE SHOPEE CHAT WITH HELSUP
Authorize a whitelisted seller shop for Seller Chat.
Purchase the product here, retrieve the issued package and activation code, install it on your own WordPress website, then complete the provider-specific configuration below. Every later step is limited to capabilities declared by this package.
Receive the package and activation code
After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm whitelist access
Verify that the partner application has Shopee Seller Chat whitelist access before configuring HelSup. The package cannot bypass provider approval.
Authorize the shop
Complete shop OAuth 2.0 and configure the partner values required for HMAC-signed Shopee Open API v2 requests.
Configure push delivery
Register the HelSup webhook endpoint and secret for supported Webchat Push code 10 events from the authorized shop.
Test receive and reply
Send a controlled customer chat message, confirm that HelSup creates the conversation and then send a supported text reply through Seller Chat.
Verify context and boundaries
Check available customer and conversation reads, test one supported inbound attachment and confirm that order and commerce objects are not expected.
Recommended first workflow
Authorize one whitelisted test shop, receive a new Webchat Push message, inspect the customer and conversation context and send one text response. Test an inbound attachment separately before adding further shops.
