Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm Microsoft app access
Verify that the Microsoft application has completed any required provider review and asks only for the calendar read permissions required by this package.
Authorize with OAuth 2.0
Complete Microsoft authorization with an account permitted to view only the calendars and events required for the support workflow.
