After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm Microsoft app access
Verify that the Microsoft application has completed any required provider review and requests only the read permissions needed for file metadata.
Authorize with OAuth 2.0
Complete Microsoft authorization with an account permitted to view only the intended OneDrive resources.
Select the intended drive resource
Use the multi-resource connection wizard to choose the supported drive or collection whose metadata should be visible.
Place OneDrive widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Files, Data table, KPI / stat, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Validate the read boundary
Compare a known file record with OneDrive and confirm that content transfer, sharing, rename, move, permission and delete controls are absent.
Recommended first workflow
Authorize a test account, display metadata for a known file beside a ticket and compare its name and record details with OneDrive. Confirm that the source file and permissions remain unchanged.
