Open the HelSup customer portal and download the package for this free product. No paid activation code is required.
Install it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension or product package, then confirm that it appears in the relevant HelSup settings area.
Prepare a read-only Odoo account
Create or select Odoo credentials limited to the supported models, records and read permissions required by the support workflow.
Enter connection credentials
Provide the Odoo connection values requested by the credentials-based setup and keep them scoped to the intended environment.
Select the intended resource
Use the multi-resource wizard to choose the supported Odoo resource whose customer and business records should be visible.
Place Odoo widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: External data, Data table, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Validate read-only behavior
Compare a known Odoo record with HelSup and confirm that no create, update, delete, event or synchronization control appears.
Recommended first workflow
Connect a non-production Odoo environment with a least-privilege user, display one known customer record in a ticket or Customer 360 view and verify that the source record remains unchanged.
