Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm application access
Verify that the NetSuite application and account have completed any provider review required for the supported read permissions.
Authorize with OAuth 2.0
Complete NetSuite authorization using an account and role restricted to the supported read-only integration scope.
Select the intended resource
Use the multi-resource connection wizard to choose the NetSuite resource whose supported customer and business records should be visible.
Place NetSuite widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: External data, Data table, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Validate read-only behavior
Compare a known record with NetSuite, test loading and error states, and confirm that no create, update, delete, event or sync control appears.
Recommended first workflow
Authorize a test or sandbox account, display one known customer record in a ticket or Customer 360 widget and compare the returned fields with NetSuite. Confirm that viewing the record leaves the ERP source unchanged.
