Install it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension or product package, then confirm that it appears in the relevant HelSup settings area.
Prepare a read-only database user
Create or select credentials limited to the supported schemas and read operations required by the HelSup lookup workflow.
Enter connection credentials
Provide the database connection values requested by the credentials-based setup and keep secrets scoped to the intended environment.
Select the intended resource
Use the multi-resource wizard to choose the supported database resource or collection that agents are allowed to view.
Place data widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: External data, Data table, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Verify read-only access
Compare a known record with the source database and confirm that no write control, arbitrary SQL execution, event or sync workflow is exposed.
Recommended first workflow
Connect a non-production database with a least-privilege read-only user, display one known collection in an External data widget and verify that source rows remain unchanged.
