After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm provider access
Verify that the MoMo application and merchant account have completed any provider review required for the supported read and webhook permissions.
Enter the API key securely
Provide the API-key credential requested by the connector and keep its permissions limited to the supported payment visibility workflow.
Select the merchant resource
Use the multi-resource wizard to choose the intended MoMo resource and map supported transaction context to the relevant HelSup ticket.
Place payment widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Payments, Payment status, Data table, KPI / stat, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Validate status without mutation
Compare a known transaction and payment status with MoMo, test provider health and confirm that no payment-changing action is exposed.
