HOW TO USE MICROSOFT TEAMS WITH HELSUP
Authorize a tenant and subscribe only to the Teams resources you support.
Purchase the product here, retrieve the issued package and activation code, install it on your own WordPress website, then complete the provider-specific configuration below. Every later step is limited to capabilities declared by this package.

After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Choose the Teams resources
Identify the tenant and the specific team and channel or chat resources that should create support activity in HelSup.
Prepare the Entra application
Configure the Microsoft Entra application and the Graph permissions required for the selected resources, then obtain Azure AD administrator consent.
Activate and authorize
Enable the premium Microsoft Teams channel for the licensed site and complete OAuth 2.0 for the approved tenant.
Configure notifications
Set the HelSup notification callback and webhook secret, then create supported Graph subscriptions for the selected channel or chat resources.
Test a new message
Post a controlled message in a subscribed resource and confirm that the change notification leads HelSup to read and create the supported conversation activity.
Recommended first workflow
Start with one test team and channel or one test chat. Grant administrator consent, authorize the tenant, subscribe that resource, receive a new message and send one threaded response before adding more resources.
