After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm application access
Verify that the Microsoft application has completed any required provider review and can request only the supported read permissions.
Authorize with OAuth 2.0
Complete Microsoft authorization and choose the appropriate account or resource through the multi-resource connection wizard.
Choose workspace records
Identify the supported files, calendar collections or individual records the support team should be able to view.
Place supported widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Files, Calendar, Data table, KPI / stat, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
