After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm application access
Verify that the Mailchimp application has completed any required provider review and that the account can grant the supported read permissions.
Authorize with OAuth 2.0
Complete the Mailchimp authorization flow and choose the appropriate account resource through the multi-resource connection wizard.
Choose useful audience context
Decide which supported contacts, audiences, campaigns, lists or activity collections agents should see while helping customers.
Place Mailchimp widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Customer profile, Marketing contact, Campaigns and lists, Marketing activity, Data table, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Validate the read boundary
Compare a known contact and campaign collection with Mailchimp, check Provider health and confirm that no write or subscription action is exposed.
Recommended first workflow
Authorize a test account, open a known audience contact in a ticket or Customer 360 widget and compare it with Mailchimp. Confirm that viewing the data leaves audience membership and campaign state unchanged.
