After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm application approval
Verify that the commerce application has completed any required provider review and that the store can grant the requested read, event, sync and limited update permissions.
Authorize with OAuth 2.0
Complete the authorization flow and select the correct store resource through the package multi-resource connection wizard.
Configure context and pull sync
Map supported customer and ticket context, then select the resources and pull-sync options needed by the support team.
Place commerce widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Customer profile, Orders, Order detail, Products, Shipping, Refunds, Payments, Subscriptions, Data table, KPI / stat, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Validate before any update
Compare known store records with HelSup, verify connection and sync health, then test the Refunds surface in a controlled environment only when the adapter and approved permissions expose it.
Recommended first workflow
Authorize a staging or test store, open a known order in HelSup and compare customer, payment and shipping details with Adobe Commerce. Validate reads and sync before evaluating the separately declared Refunds update surface.
