After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Complete provider requirements
Confirm the Lazada application has passed any required provider review and that the store account can grant the requested read, event, sync and limited update permissions.
Authorize with OAuth 2.0
Complete the Lazada authorization flow and select the appropriate store resource when the multi-resource connection wizard requests it.
Configure context and sync
Map supported customer and ticket context, then choose the resources and pull-sync options required by the support workflow.
Place marketplace widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Customer profile, Orders, Order detail, Products, Shipping, Refunds, Payments, Subscriptions, Data table, KPI / stat, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Test reads before updates
Compare known records with Lazada, verify connection and sync health, then test the Refunds surface in a controlled account only if the adapter exposes it and the approved permissions allow it.
