After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm provider access
Verify that the Klaviyo application and account have completed any provider review required for the supported read permissions.
Enter the API key securely
Provide the API-key credential requested by the connector and restrict it to the supported identity and object read access.
Choose useful marketing context
Decide which supported profiles, contacts, campaigns, lists or activity collections agents should see while answering customers.
Place Klaviyo widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Customer profile, Marketing contact, Campaigns and lists, Marketing activity, Data table, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Validate read-only behavior
Compare a known profile and campaign collection with Klaviyo, check Provider health and confirm that no write action is exposed.

Connect a test account, open a known customer profile in a ticket or Customer 360 widget and compare it with Klaviyo. Confirm that viewing the data does not change the source profile or campaign state.
