After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm the event use case
Verify that the requirement concerns a supported Kakao Talk Channel relationship event rather than customer chat, message history or a send action.
Review partner status
Treat kakao_consult_talk_partner as a provider approval requirement. Do not represent the approval itself as a chat capability supplied by this package.
Activate the package
Enable the premium KakaoTalk entry for the licensed HelSup site and restrict configuration access to the administrator responsible for the provider event connection.
Configure authentication
Enter the API credential and webhook connection values required by the adapter for the intended Kakao channel event source.
Test webhook intake
Deliver one supported relationship event and confirm that webhook.receive accepts it and that it appears in Event stream.
