After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm Jira app access
Verify the Jira application has completed any provider review required for the site and read permissions used by the connector.
Complete OAuth authorization
Authorize the intended Jira account through OAuth 2.0 and grant only the read access required by the package.
Choose relevant records
Identify the supported projects and issue records whose status and assignee context should be visible to the support team.
Place Jira widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Tasks, Projects / issues, Data table, KPI / stat, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Validate the read boundary
Compare a known issue with Jira, check Provider health and confirm no create, edit, transition, comment, assign, link, worklog or delete action appears.
Recommended first workflow
Authorize a test Jira site, open one known issue through a HelSup widget and compare its status and assignee with Jira. Confirm that viewing the record leaves the source issue unchanged.
