After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm provider eligibility
Verify that the intended Instagram account and Meta app can use the provider Direct messaging flow. Eligibility and any approval process remain controlled by Meta.
Activate the channel
Enable the premium Instagram DM package for the licensed HelSup site and choose the account connection intended for support conversations.
Complete OAuth
Authorize the account through OAuth 2.0 and limit access to the permissions required by the declared messaging, attachment and conversation capabilities.
Configure webhook delivery
Set the webhook secret and provider callback so webhook.receive can accept supported Instagram Direct events for the authorized connection.
Test messages and attachments
Send a controlled Direct message, verify message.receive, reply through message.send and test one supported attachment in each declared direction.
Recommended first workflow
Authorize one eligible test account, send a new Direct text and attachment, confirm the webhook-created HelSup conversation, reply from the inbox and verify a delivery or read state before connecting additional accounts.
