After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm app approval
Verify that the intended HubSpot app has completed the provider review required by the package. Approval and CRM access policies remain controlled by HubSpot.
Authorize OAuth scopes
Complete the OAuth 2.0 connection and approve only the scopes required by the implemented identity, read, event, synchronization and action capabilities.
Resolve a known customer
Use a representative customer to verify identity.read and identity.resolve, then confirm the CRM contact and company context on the declared HelSup surfaces.
Validate reads and events
Open supported deal, activity or task data, test an implemented event subscription and confirm sync.pull retrieves only the objects expected by the connection.
Test scoped actions
Use Quick actions only for create or update operations explicitly exposed by the adapter and allowed by the active OAuth scopes. Do not infer writable support from a read-only widget.

Connect one approved HubSpot account, resolve a known customer, verify the contact and company records beside a HelSup ticket, then confirm one subscribed event. Test a create or update action separately only when the adapter exposes that exact operation.
