Authorize Google Workspace for read-only collaboration context.

After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm Google app access
Verify the Google Cloud application has completed any review required for the account and read scopes used by the connector.
Complete OAuth authorization
Authorize the account through OAuth 2.0 and grant only the read access required for the declared Workspace context.
Choose relevant records
Identify the supported collaboration, file metadata and calendar collections that should be visible to the support team.
Place Workspace widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Files, Calendar, Data table, KPI / stat, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Validate the read boundary
Compare known records with Google Workspace, check Provider health and confirm no file transfer, document edit, permission, invitation, email, chat or calendar write action appears.
Recommended first workflow
Authorize a test account, open one known file metadata record and one calendar record in HelSup, compare their displayed fields with Google Workspace and confirm both sources remain unchanged.
