Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm Google app access
Verify the Google Cloud application has completed any review required for the account and Drive metadata read scopes used by the connector.
Complete OAuth authorization
Authorize the account through OAuth 2.0 and grant only the metadata read access required by the package.
Identify metadata resources
Choose the supported file or document metadata collections that should be visible to the support team.
Place Drive widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Files, Data table, KPI / stat, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Validate the boundary
Compare a known metadata record with Google Drive, check Provider health and confirm there is no content download, upload, edit, move, share, permission or delete control.
