After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm Google app access
Verify the Google Cloud application has completed any review required for the account and read-only Calendar scopes used by the connector.
Complete OAuth authorization
Authorize the account through OAuth 2.0 and grant only the calendar read permissions required by the package.
Choose calendar resources
Identify the supported calendars and event records that should be visible to agents or dashboard users.
Place calendar widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Calendar, Data table, KPI / stat, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Validate the read boundary
Compare a known event with Google Calendar, check Provider health and confirm no create, edit, delete, response, invitation or conference action appears.
