Map a PBX event contract without claiming call control.

Open the HelSup customer portal and download the package for this free product. No paid activation code is required.
Install it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension or product package, then confirm that it appears in the relevant HelSup settings area.
Define the event contract
Identify the PBX payloads and fields that can be represented by the installed voice.call and webhook.receive contract. Do not treat arbitrary provider payloads as compatible.
Configure connection security
Set the credentials and webhook secret required by the adapter, limiting them to the intended PBX event source.
Register the webhook destination
Configure the external telephony system to send a supported, authenticated payload to the HelSup endpoint used by this adapter.
Send a representative payload
Deliver one controlled call payload and verify that webhook.receive accepts it and voice.call can represent the mapped call context.
Review the enabled utility
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Recommended first workflow
Map and sign one controlled inbound-call payload, deliver it to HelSup and verify the connection through Provider health or adapter diagnostics. Do not expect Event stream visibility until event.receive is added to the package.
