Install it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension or product package, then confirm that it appears in the relevant HelSup settings area.
Review the package scope
Before connecting Generic SIP / VoIP, confirm the declared capabilities, enabled utilities and supported HelSup surfaces. This package is limited to the applicable package surface.
Configure the approved connection
Set up api_key and webhook_secret using an account limited to the Generic SIP / VoIP data required by the support workflow.
Select the intended resource
Choose only the Generic SIP / VoIP account, resource or dataset whose supported context should be made available to HelSup.
