After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm provider access
Verify the Freshsales application or account has completed review and has access needed for the declared identity, read, subscription, synchronization and action capabilities.
Configure authentication
Enter the API credential required by the adapter, verify the connection and confirm the supported authentication refresh path remains healthy.
Configure identity and sync
Set the supported customer matching fields, subscribe to relevant events and configure pull synchronization for approved CRM resources.
Place CRM widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Customer profile, CRM contact, Company / account, Deals, Activities, Tasks, Data table, KPI / stat, Quick actions, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Test one controlled action
Resolve a known customer, compare a record with Freshsales and test only a create or update action visibly supplied by the adapter; do not assume delete support.
