After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm application approval
Verify the Microsoft application has completed any provider review required for the Business Central environment and read permissions used by the connector.
Complete OAuth authorization
Authorize the intended Business Central account through OAuth 2.0 and grant only the read access required by the package.
Verify readable resources
Check that the connection can read the intended supported collections and individual records without requesting write or posting operations.
Place contextual widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: External data, Data table, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Validate customer context
Open a known customer, compare the displayed Business Central record with the source, check Provider health and confirm no ERP data changes occur.
