Authorize a Dynamics 365 organization for contextual CRM work.
Purchase the product here, retrieve the issued package and activation code, install it on your own WordPress website, then complete the provider-specific configuration below. Every later step is limited to capabilities declared by this package.

After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm application approval
Verify the provider application has completed review and has the scopes required for the declared identity, read, subscription, synchronization and action capabilities.
Complete OAuth authorization
Authorize the organization through OAuth 2.0, verify token refresh and confirm identity.read returns the expected environment.
Configure identity and synchronization
Set the supported customer matching fields, subscribe to relevant events and configure pull synchronization for the approved CRM resources.
Place CRM widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Customer profile, CRM contact, Company / account, Deals, Activities, Tasks, Data table, KPI / stat, Quick actions, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Test one controlled action
Resolve a known customer, compare a CRM record with Dynamics 365 and test only a create or update action visibly supplied by the adapter; do not assume delete support.

Authorize a test organization, resolve one known customer, verify related account and activity context, complete one pull cycle and test a single adapter-exposed create or update action on non-production data.
