After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm application access
Verify the ClickUp application has completed any provider review required for the workspace and read permissions used by the connector.
Complete OAuth authorization
Authorize the intended ClickUp account through OAuth 2.0 and grant only the read access required by the package.
Choose relevant records
Identify the supported project and task information that should be visible to agents handling related support work.
Place ClickUp widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Tasks, Projects / issues, Data table, KPI / stat, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Validate the read boundary
Compare a known task and its status or assignee with ClickUp, check Provider health and confirm no create, update, assignment, comment, move or delete action appears.
Recommended first workflow
Authorize a test workspace, open one known task from a HelSup widget and compare its status and assignee with ClickUp. Confirm that viewing the record does not change the source.
