Install it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension or product package, then confirm that it appears in the relevant HelSup settings area.
Choose the Brevo account
Identify the Brevo account whose supported contact and campaign information should be available to the support team.
Activate the free connector
Enable Brevo in HelSup and create a connection within the free package account and resource limits.
Enter the API key
Configure a Brevo API key suitable for the declared read operations and restrict access to responsible administrators.
Verify account identity
Run the connection check and confirm identity.read returns the expected Brevo account before showing data to agents.
Place marketing widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Customer profile, Marketing contact, Campaigns and lists, Marketing activity, Data table, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
