After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm application access
Verify the BigCommerce application has completed any required provider review and has the scopes needed for the declared read, event, sync and update operations.
Complete OAuth authorization
Authorize the store through OAuth 2.0 and confirm identity.read returns the expected store before exposing commerce data.
Configure events and pull sync
Enable the supported provider events and pull synchronization needed to keep declared customer and commerce records current.
Place commerce widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Customer profile, Orders, Order detail, Products, Shipping, Refunds, Payments, Subscriptions, Data table, KPI / stat, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Test context and one allowed update
Open a known order from a customer or ticket, compare its data with BigCommerce and test only an update action visibly supplied by the adapter; do not assume create or delete support.
Recommended first workflow
Authorize a test store, pull one known customer and order, verify the order detail across ticket and Customer 360, receive a supported event and test one adapter-exposed update in a non-production record.
