After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm provider access
Verify the Asana application has completed any provider review required for the workspace and read scopes used by the connection.
Complete OAuth authorization
Authorize the intended account through the OAuth 2.0 flow and grant only the read access required by the package.
Select relevant resources
Identify the supported projects and task records that should appear in HelSup views for the support team.
Place the widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Tasks, Projects / issues, Data table, KPI / stat, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Validate read-only behavior
Compare a known task and project with Asana, check Provider health and confirm no create, update, assignment, comment, completion or delete control is available.
Recommended first workflow
Authorize a test workspace, select one known project, open its tasks in HelSup and compare status and assignee values with Asana. Confirm the source records remain unchanged.
