After the order is completed, open the HelSup customer portal to retrieve the extension package and the activation code issued for the licensed website.
Install and activate it on your website
On your WordPress website, install and enable the downloaded HelSup extension, open its license or activation screen, paste the activation code and confirm that the license is accepted.
Confirm provider access
Verify the intended ActiveCampaign application and account have completed any provider review required for the supported API access.
Enter the API credential
Configure the account API key and endpoint values required by the adapter, keeping them restricted to responsible administrators.
Verify account identity
Run the connection check and confirm identity.read returns the expected ActiveCampaign account before exposing any widgets.
Place read-only widgets
Add only the package-enabled utilities: Customer profile, Marketing contact, Campaigns and lists, Marketing activity, Data table, Provider health. Use each utility only on the HelSup surfaces declared in the Product overview.
Validate the boundary
Open a known test contact, verify supported objects and Provider health, and confirm that no create, update, delete, send or automation-edit action is available.
