Our product range includes the HelSup WordPress helpdesk, HelSup.Chat, KB Themes for public help centers, Skins for support workspaces and supporting integration packages. Each product has its own listing and scope, so you can recommend the right fit for the people you serve.

A partnership that grows with your customers

Our Lifetime Partner Policy rewards the relationship you help create, beyond a single transaction:

• 30% commission on the referred customer’s first eligible paid purchase.
• 20% commission on every subsequent purchase and renewal throughout that customer’s lifetime on HelSup.

Once a referred customer’s first paid purchase establishes the partner relationship, you continue to benefit from their later eligible purchases and renewals. They do not need to click your referral link again each time.

We welcome agencies building client websites, consultants improving customer service, educators creating practical tutorials, publishers reviewing software, and communities connecting their members with useful tools.

You do not need to change the way you serve your audience. A thoughtful comparison, a clear implementation guide or a recommendation in a relevant client proposal can be the beginning. We ask that recommendations remain accurate, useful and transparent about the partner relationship.

A clear path from introduction to commission

1. Access your partner account. Sign in to your HelSup customer account and open Partner program to get your personal referral link.
2. Share your link where it adds value. Introduce HelSup to people whose needs match the product. Use official product pages and previews to support your recommendation.
3. Follow the relationship. Track attributed purchases and commission status in your partner dashboard. The first purchase earns 30%; later purchases and renewals earn 20%.

Understand what your recommendation can earn

For example, an eligible first purchase of $100 generates $30 in commission. A later eligible $100 purchase or renewal by that same customer generates another $20. These figures illustrate the rates; actual earnings depend on completed customer purchases.

Transparent terms from the start

The initial referral link is remembered for 30 days in the same browser, subject to browser privacy settings. Once the first attributed paid purchase is recorded, the customer relationship continues for their lifetime on HelSup.

Commission is calculated on the eligible paid amount after discounts and excluding tax. Free orders and self-referrals do not qualify. Refunds reduce or reverse the corresponding commission. Earnings remain pending until reviewed by HelSup, and payout is processed manually after approval. Our support team can discuss payment arrangements with you.
